At Cali Farms, product quality and customer satisfaction are important to us. Due to the nature of our products and industry compliance requirements, all sales are final.

By placing an order with Cali Farms, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • No exchanges or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been processed or shipped
  • All sales are final due to product integrity, safety, and compliance standards

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict policies to ensure quality and compliance.

Returns may only be considered under limited circumstances and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Prior written authorization from the Cali Farms team is required before any return is sent
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
  • Do not dispose of the product until authorized by our team
  • Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under an eligible exception:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Custom, wholesale, or special orders
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Orders rejected or refused after shipment

Wholesale Orders

All wholesale and bulk purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, unless products arrive damaged or incorrect.
