Questions about an existing order

Include your order reference and a brief description of the issue. Send personal order details directly to support. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or identity documents.

Missing or unclear laboratory reports

Include the report name, sample ID and batch printed on the report or packaging. Tell us whether the file is missing, unreadable or does not match your batch. Browse the report directory.

The issuing laboratory must clarify or correct its own analytical results. Supplied copies are not a substitute for issuer confirmation.

Report an accessibility issue

Send the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or device if known. Tell us if you need information in a different format.
